Avoid Moisture
Avoid moisture for the first 24hrs after each application. Water or even steam can loosen the glue, causing extensions to fall off or clump together.

Do not rub your eyes
It can feel strange at first to have eyelash extensions, but it is important not to rub your eyes or pull at your lashes. This drastically reduces the lifespan of the extensions.

No Oils
Do not use oils near your eyelashes. Most mascaras do not contain oil, but many facial cleansers do. Find an oil-free, gentle product that you can use if you’re wearing eye makeup. No cotton pads or make up remover wipes around the eyes.

No Waterproof Mascara
Waterproof mascara requires an oil based remover and are very rough on lash extensions. You must avoid oil products at all times with lash extensions.

Clean lashes daily
Run water through your eyes and clean eyes daily as normal to avoid build up of make-up and bacteria. Treat your extensions like real hair! Brush lashes only if needed.

Next fill
Arrive for your next fill with NO eye make-up so we can achieve a long lasting bond to your natural eyelash. Completely clean your eyes prior to your appointment. For best results come in every 2-3 weeks for a lash fill. Please arrive on time to your next appointment

What are lash extensions?
Lash Extensions are a very natural looking way to extend the length and thickness of natural eyelashes. Unlike traditional strip lashes, eyelash extensions are the first innovation in eyelash lengthening that can be worn daily, without nightly removal. Each eyelash extension is bonded to a single natural lash. The final result looks effortless and is difficult to detect even close up.

How long will my lashes last?
When properly applied lashes can be worn throughout the year. Touch-ups are recommended after the initial full set application to refill any lashes that have cycled out. To maintain the full, thick appearance of a new set of lashes we recommend coming in every 1-3 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle.

Can Lash Extensions harm natural lashes?
When applied properly, eyelash extensions will not harm natural lashes. The bonding adhesive is specifically created to work with the eyelash extension and your natural lash to create a longer, fuller look without changing the integrity of the lash. Proper removal of the lash is also extremely important! If not removed properly by a lash artist you are at risk for potential damage to your natural lash.

Can mascara be used with lash extensions?
Mascara is okay to use with Lash Extensions but it is not needed. The idea of lash extensions is to eliminate the need for mascara. For clients that still want to use mascara with there lash extension we recommend using a water-soluble mascara. Using a water-proof mascara will dissolve the bonding adhesive and shorten the lifespan of the lashes.

How do i take care of my lash extensions?
Protect your investment ladies! Within the first 24-48 hours from your eyelash extension application avoid getting your eyelashes wet. This will insure that the glue will properly cure. Avoid hot steam from showers or excessive heat from saunas or tanning beds within the first 48 hours. Do not pick or pull your eyelashes. Keep the area around your eyes clean by blotting with a clean, soft wash cloth. Never rub directly on your eyelashes.

How long is the application process?
Each full set application can take anywhere from 90-120 minutes.

How should i prepare for my appointment?
NO EYE MAKEUP. Remove all eye makeup and clean your lashes with a mild, oil free cleanser. Avoid drinking caffeine or any energy drink prior to your lash appointment. Contact lenses must be removed prior to application.
